For the history,...
Saint Martin D'ablois is a Champagne village near Epernay, where time seems to have stopped. The family of our producer partner, since the 18 th century, manufactures this wine's unique worldwide Festival. Their vineyards, located close to the area, extend over 5 hectares.
Their field, fruit of several generations of harvesters manipulants, offers a champagne of exception fine bubbles and very fruity.
Champagne HeraLion Heart Champagne consists of three grape varieties, Pinot noirs, Millers and Chardonnays, and is developed with respect for traditional methods handed down from generations to generations. This champagne has a taste and a recognized quality. You judge by you even!

Our advice
Conservation of champagne: It is imperative that your bottles be stored flat to keep the CAP still wet in contact with Champagne. Remember to keep them well away from the light. The Champagne will more age in your cellar. You can consume it from its acquisition, but no later than within 3 to 5 years maximum after its purchase. In the past, it risks losing its gustative qualities.

Tasting: Champagne is cold, but not chilled. Avoid him an extended stay in the refrigerator, the best being to serve 'hit '. To do this, before serving, allow approximately a quarter of an hour in a half bucket of water and ice. Of course, you will serve in flutes.
